Before payments go live, replace this line with the legal seller name, trading address, contact email, registration or tax details required in the seller’s jurisdiction.

FEEDSTAIN is the public gallery and artistic identity. The legal seller must still be identifiable on this page, at checkout and on the customer invoice.

Each order states the capture ID, UTC timecode, format, substrate, size, price and edition description. A unique captured moment does not automatically mean a numerically limited edition; the checkout description controls.

Payment is processed by the checkout provider. Production begins only after payment is confirmed. Estimated production and delivery windows, shipping regions, taxes and duties must be shown before purchase.

Custom or made-to-order works may have restricted cancellation rights where local law permits, but statutory consumer rights still apply. Damaged, defective or materially incorrect orders must have a clear replacement or refund process.

Screen colour differs from printed pigment. The production preview should use the proofed palette for the named paper. Minor paper, pigment and trim variation is expected; material departures from the approved preview are not.

Purchasing an object does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial licensing rights or ownership of the FEEDSTAIN renderer. The public archive may preserve the work’s image, capture ID, timecode and provenance.

Collect only the customer and fulfilment information required to complete the order. Publish a separate privacy notice before collecting email addresses or accepting payment.
